A visa valid for up to 10 days to leave Kyrgyzstan lawfully once the basis for your stay has ended or been breached: an overstay, a refused or cancelled document, the end of studies or of investment activity.
The exit visa (type “L”) is issued for leaving the Kyrgyz Republic, taking into account the overstayed period, and is valid for up to 10 days.

The exit visa fee depends on how long the permitted stay was exceeded. Any current visa is cancelled when the exit visa is issued.
Since 18 September 2026, people who overstayed the visa-free period may be refused their next visa-free entry. It is therefore important to resolve the breach and leave within the dates of the exit visa.
