The Sapar visa does not give the right to employment, self-employment or any other income-generating activity in the Kyrgyz Republic. If the visit is organised by a private company rather than a state body, a business visa (type “B”) usually fits.
The Sapar visa can be extended if the inviting state body confirms that the purpose of stay continues. The extension application is filed before the visa expires.
Applications are filed through the Kyrgyz Republic’s official e-visa portal. The form is completed in English, and supporting documents must be in Kyrgyz or Russian or come with a translation into one of them.

Since 18 September 2026 the length of stay is calculated automatically from border-crossing data. Overstaying leads to a fine, and overstaying the visa-free period can bar your next visa-free entry.
