The visa application is not considered without permission from the authorised state body for religious affairs. The host religious organisation requests it, so the process should start well in advance.

Applications are filed through the Kyrgyz Republic’s official e-visa portal. The form is completed in English, and supporting documents must be in Kyrgyz or Russian or come with a translation into one of them.
