GG Visa

Terms of service

Terms under which GG Visa provides visa consulting and support: contract, price, timelines, refunds and liability.

1. Who we are

The services are provided by Great Gateway LLC (GG Visa), Tax ID 02802202410382, 154 Moskovskaya str., Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. Phone: +996 554 180 180, +996 755 294 392. Email: [email protected].

These terms summarise how we work. Each engagement is formalised by a written service contract, if these terms and a signed contract differ, the contract prevails.

2. Our services

Consulting and information services for preparing and filing visa applications: visas abroad for citizens of Kyrgyzstan and visas to Kyrgyzstan for foreign nationals, plus visa extensions.

We tell you which documents are required, fill in the application form based on the information you provide, book the appointment and file the documents (or prepare them for you to file in person, this is stated in the contract), and support you until the decision.

Additional services on request: hotel booking, flight booking, travel insurance and others. We also organise tours across Kyrgyzstan.

3. Requests on the website

A request or application submitted on the website is not a contract. A manager contacts you to confirm the details – the contract is signed after the documents are reviewed and the price is agreed.

4. Price and payment

The price is set in the contract as separate lines: our service fee, the consular or visa fee (where applicable) and additional services. Once the contract is signed the total does not change.

Payment is made in Kyrgyz som at the time the contract is signed: in cash, by bank transfer or by card / QR at our office. You receive a receipt.

Our fee covers informing you about the document package, filling in the form and filing. Passing on documents additionally requested by the consulate is not included and is paid separately.

5. Timelines

We provide the services within 10 working days from the moment you hand over the last required document. We send you the filing confirmation (reference number, electronic receipt, acceptance stamp, etc.) no later than 1 working day after we receive it.

6. The visa decision

The decision to issue a visa is made solely by the consulate or the authorised body of the destination country. We cannot influence it and do not guarantee a positive outcome.

We are not responsible for a refusal or delay by the consulate, for being called to an interview, for being refused entry at border control, for the validity period of the visa issued, or for consequences of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

We strongly recommend not buying non-refundable tickets, paying for hotels or making other travel commitments until the visa has actually been issued and the passport returned.

7. Client obligations

Pay for the services under the contract, provide accurate, genuine and up-to-date documents and information, you are personally and legally responsible for their authenticity, keep to the agreed deadlines for providing documents.

Tell us about anything that may affect the visa: previous refusals or entry bans, immigrant visa applications, or the need for special permits (travel of a minor, transporting animals, weapons, valuables, etc.).

If you breach the payment terms, do not provide the required information or documents, or otherwise fail to meet your obligations, we may withdraw from the engagement and claim the expenses actually incurred.

8. Acceptance of services

The services are considered fully rendered once the consulate or authorised body confirms that the documents have been accepted. We then issue a certificate of services rendered and send it to you with the filing confirmation (including via WhatsApp, Telegram or email).

The certificate is deemed accepted without reservations if within 3 working days you do not send us a reasoned written objection.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Before the documents are accepted by the consulate you may withdraw from the contract at any time, paying for the services actually rendered and the expenses actually incurred (Article 699 of the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic). The rest is refunded within 10 banking days of your written request.

After the documents have been accepted, our service fee and the consular / visa fee paid are not refundable, including in the case of a refusal not caused by our fault.

If we are more than 30 calendar days late with the timeline in section 5 for reasons within our control, you may terminate the contract – the amount paid is refunded within 30 banking days, less expenses actually incurred and the consular / visa fee paid.

If the engagement cannot be completed for reasons for which neither party is responsible, the client reimburses the expenses actually incurred.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties keep confidential the information and documents received in connection with the contract, except where disclosure is needed to obtain the visa or is required by law. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms and the contract are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, in court at our place of business.

Documents, notices and certificates sent by email or via WhatsApp / Telegram linked to the phone numbers in the contract have legal force.
