We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Personal Information". By submitting a request or application you consent to the processing described below.

From the application form: full name, date of birth, sex, citizenship, passport number and dates, phone, email, destination, purpose and dates of the trip, and the questionnaire answers (employment, previous trips, document readiness).

Documents you upload: passport scans and photographs. For the contract: your residential address.

From a consultation request: name and phone number.

Technical data: for visit statistics, the country determined from the IP address (the IP address itself is not stored in the statistics) and a random identifier kept in your browser – to protect forms from bots, the "I am not a robot" check and temporary limits on the number of attempts per IP address.

To prepare and file your visa application, to contact you, to draw up the contract and receipt, to notify you about the status of your application, to protect the website from abuse, and to count visits without identifying you.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

The website works only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Passport scans and photographs are stored encrypted (AES-256) and are never publicly accessible.

Documents can be viewed only by the employees handling your application, with role-based access rights – every view of a document is logged. Employee access to the admin panel is protected by passwords, a bot check and blocking of password guessing.

The consulate, visa centre or authorised body of the destination country, or the e-Visa portal of the Kyrgyz Republic, to the extent needed to file the application.

The email service we use to send you notifications about your application – our employees receive work notifications about new applications via Telegram.

If you write to us via WhatsApp or Telegram, the correspondence is processed by those services under their own rules.

State authorities, only where required by law.

Uploaded documents (passport scans, photos) are deleted automatically after the application is closed and the retention period set by the company expires (90 days by default). Deletion is irreversible.

Application details and contracts are kept for as long as needed for accounting and to protect the parties' rights.

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The application form keeps a draft in your browser tab so that nothing is lost when you switch language – it is erased when the tab is closed. A random visitor identifier is kept in the browser to count visits.

You may ask what data we hold about you, request corrections, withdraw your consent and request deletion of your data, unless it must be kept by law or under the contract. Write to [email protected] or visit our office.

We may update this policy when the way we process data changes. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last review.
